| 职位描述及要求： | ABA3135 Archibat HR Asia is looking fＯＲ a SENIＯＲ FF&E DESIGNER fＯＲ a medium size rapidly expＡＮＤing architecture, urban planning ＡＮＤ interiＯＲ design firm based in Shenzhen ＡＮＤ Beijing. Currently their total staff number is almost 200, among which Shenzhen office is approximately 180 strong ＡＮＤ Beijing office around 15. Their Shenzhen office remains the cＯＲe design center in China. As of now, they have completed a range of successful Architectural, InteriＯＲ Design, Urban Planning ＡＮＤ LＡＮＤscape Design projects throughout China ＡＮＤ they have won several international ＡＮＤ domestic design awards. Research, Source, ＡＮＤ Prepare Hard Finishes & Soft Finishes Materials, Samples, Schedules ＡＮＤ Specifications fＯＲ Tender. Complete FFE scheme & wＯＲkshop drawings fＯＲ Soft Finishes such as Loose Furniture, DecＯＲative Lighting, Rugs, Wall & ceiling treatments, Bedding, ArtwＯＲk, AccessＯＲies, Soft furnishings. Consolidate FFE drawings fＯＲ all rooms including plan, elevations, sections, details & sketches. Compile & Maintain FFE Images, mood boards, visual diary scrap book Creation & maintenance of FFE Budget estimate vs. actuals WＯＲk with project coＯＲdinatＯＲ to obtain Supplier quotations Quality Assurance of fabricated pieces against wＯＲkshop drawings Co-ＯＲdination of delivery of FFE pieces to site ＡＮＤ placement of pieces accＯＲding to plans/elevations during installation Preparing Design Presentations ＡＮＤ compiling Sample ＡＮＤ Materials boards SuppＯＲt Design DirectＯＲ ＡＮＤ SeniＯＲ InteriＯＲ Designer(s) Profile : A recognized InteriＯＲ ＯＲ Architectural qualification Minimum of 5 years wＯＲking experience fＯＲ the position of SeniＯＲ Designer Minimum of 3 years wＯＲking experience fＯＲ the position of Intermediate Designer A keen sense of creativity ＡＮＤ initiative FF&E ＡＮＤ /ＯＲ AutoCAD skills are required Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop would be advantageous Must be a team player ＡＮＤ possess good time management skills to meet multiple deadlines -Pre-requisites: Min.
